I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( Lies weiter)

Life is such that all of us come into the world with individual challenges which I think are meant to make us stronger and wiser. But these challenges are not always easy to work through nor are their lessons easy to learn. I get inspired when I see those people who are able to work through the challenges which might seem insurmountable at first. Inspiration to me is knowing that though the road through becoming a better person might not always be easy - it is not an impossible path either! ( Lies weiter)

As food, water and air are required for survival; inspiration, motivation and the nonstop struggle of life signifies a person’s self-growth and achievement. The main source of inspiration for me has always been the “change makers,” those, especially youth, who work outside their comfort zone to resolve youth issues and empower other youth.
